LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

We hereby certify that all warranties on products are the limited warranties supplied by the manufacturer.

The seller, PTC-Power, INC. (PTC), expressly disclaims any implied warranty of its products for any use other than said product's intended use. PTC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any liability in connection with the resale of parts or products supplied by PTC.

PTC warrants each new and previously unused part of its own manufacture to be free from defects in material and warkmanship under normal use and service. PTC will repair or replace at its own option any such part which shows to be defective within six (6) months of original purchase date. The defective part must be shipped freight prepaid to an authorized PTC warranty center for verification of defect and fault.

PTC will not be responsible for any progressive damage or labor costs associated with replacement of defective part. This warranty applies only to the item originally supplied.

PTC will not be obligated to supply any evidence of traceability or country of origin, unless agreed upon before the order is placed.
